Change of Mind returns

14- Day Money Back Guarantee on all Living Direct Furniture products.

We want you to feel confident when buying from LivingDirect Furniture and even though we are sure you’ll love our products, we do understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

If you decide to return your item, we will provide a refund of the original purchase price! All we require is that you arrange return shipping to our warehouse. One of our friendly staff members will help you through the return process. Please contact our customer care team at returns@ldfurniture.com.au for more information.

To organise a return, simply fill out the Return form.pdf form within 14 days of receiving your item and send to returns@ldfurniture.com.au. Please attach images of your product in the original (un-opened) packaging and we will be in touch with further details of how to proceed with your return.

Note: It is important for your item to be un-assembled, un-opened and in original packaging to be eligible for return under the guarantee.

Damaged or faulty good returns

Once your order has been delivered, if any item appears to be damaged you must sign for them as ‘damaged’ or you will be unable to make a claim. If you are unable to check the goods upon delivery please sign them as ‘unchecked’. 

If your products arrive or present with damage or a fault, please fill out the Returns form.pdf within 7 days of receiving your item and email us at returns@ldfurniture.com.au . Please attach photos showing the damage or fault items including internal and external packaging.

Any damage/faulty claims or refunds after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and you will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.

Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return items before contact LivingDirect Furniture, otherwise will not be able to assist you with your claim and you will be responsible for all associate costs.

Warranty Claims

LivingDirect Furniture works closely with suppliers and warrants all goods from manufacturing defects that is, material and workmanship for a 12 month period.

To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the Returns form.pdf form and email us at returns@ldfurniture.com.au . Please include photos showing the damage or fault items which will assist our assessment team. We will then contact our supplier to finalise your warranty claim.

Please do not attempt to return items before contact LivingDirect Furniture, otherwise will not be able to assist you with your warranty claim and you will be responsible for all associate costs.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has:

  • become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse;
  • failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions;
  • using it in an abnormal way;
  • failure to take reasonable care.

 This warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The benefits provided in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, and any other laws in relation to the products to which this warranty relates. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months.
